Terms of service.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You're responsible for everything posted from your account. Keep your password safe.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts to evade limits or bans are not allowed.

You may post any item or service that is legal in your country and that follows our Community Guidelines. We may remove anything that breaks those rules without notice.

Obilli connects buyers and sellers. We do not own the items listed, do not handle payments and are not a party to any transaction. Inspect items before paying. Any dispute is between you and the other party.

Posting and browsing on Obilli are free for individuals. Optional paid features (boosts, verified business accounts) are clearly priced before you buy them and are non-refundable once activated.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You grant Obilli a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display them on the platform while your listing is active.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obilli is provided "as is" without warranties. Obilli is not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from transactions you enter into with other users.

We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
